Overview
Weinbau Vineyard has always been regarded as one of the finest vineyards in Washington State, producing some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon that has long been the backbone of some of the finest Washington State blends you may have in your cellar. Block 10 is an exclusive block with some of the oldest plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon in the vineyard dating back to 1982. The age of the vines are prevalent in the wine adding incredible complexity and depth that only old vines can provide.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherry, vanilla, fresh herbs clove and cocoa powder. Rich and full bodied on the palate with flavors of chocolate, cherries, and red currant, with fine dusty tannins and a lengthy dry finish.

Barrel Aging: 21 Months in Barrel, 100% French Oak (40% New)
Production: 125 Cases
Tasting Notes: Scents of black currant, blueberry, huckleberry, vanilla, and black tea. Rich and full bodied with a core of dark fruit driven flavors backed by notes of toasty oak, star anise, and cedar. The tannins are velvet, finishing with great depth and length.
