Tasting Notes: Vibrant black cherry, cassis, bell pepper and tobacco on the nose. Flavors of blackberries, boysenberry, and fresh jalapeno, with a subtle hint of oak finishing elegant with excellent length.
Pairing: Braised oxtail with red wine reduction.
